advice and consultant for new venue opening in Amsterdam: Sugar Factory. Staged and promoted monthly party/ performance: FanClub, comprised of
Early night performance and Late night dance party.
Started a World Music night which functioned as a venue to launch a new cd each month for the music label Putumayo World Music, a last Friday of the month re-occuring early night , 8 thru midnight , event @ Sugar Factory. For this, Malenka functioned as Producer and CDJ. Putumayo events to date: Latin Lounge, Amsterdam Dance Event, World Groove, Asian Lounge and Amnesty International Charity event, featuring World Groove and performance by Brazil/ Indian fusion group PRAFUL.
Continued to supply in-house promotions for de Bijenkorf, including several promotions of World Music. Functioned as CDJ and played Nuevo Latino, a World Music trip thru the Latin Lands from Spain thru Latin America thus providing a World Music tour featuring the fusion sound that now dominates the world music being played from Buddah Bar, Paris, to Cacoon, Frankfurt to Nomads Restaurant, Amsterdam.

1979 - 1980 Coordinated promotional tour for legendary Playboy Magazine illustrator, Alberto Vargas (1919-1986). Event schedule promoting retrospective calendar by Bantam Books included traveling exhibition and autograph appearances.
